Acrypol 990, acts as a stabilizing, thickening and emulsifying agent. It is a synthetic, water soluble, high molecular weight, cross linked polymer of acrylic acid. It produces wide range of flow & viscosities and stabilizes various emulsions. Acrypol 990 finds application in formulating shampoos, styling formulas and skin-, sun-, foot- and body care products.
